I work with people for 4 weeks leading up to their surgery to help ease anxiety, AND up to 24 weeks post-op to help patients receive the best results. It is advised to schedule your post-op care BEFORE having your procedure.

Cupping is one of the oldest healing modalities known to man. It uses negative pressure by creating suction to lift fascia, improve circulation and range of motion. Each New Client with TLW undergoes an initial postural assessment. We'll take before photos for reference that helps streamline which muscles ACTUALLY need the most help. When we're finished with bodywork we'll take an after photo to help track progress. Corrective exercises and stretches are then offered to help bring your body into otimal alignment and decrease overall inflammation and pain.
